Gaintrend Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated on 17th May 1990 and officially commenced operations in June 1990. The Company is principally involved in property development, turnkey projects, construction of buildings, civil engineering works, renovation and upgrading works, road, drainage &, etc. The company successfully concluded the external audits in Quality Management System ISO 9001:2000 and being certified to ISO 9001:2000 in property development and turnkey projects as one of the quality management tools in proper monitoring of the overall company’s core business and its operations system.

Licenses

Gaintrend Sdn Bhd is registered with CIDB under Category G7.In addition, Gaintrend Sdn Bhd has been awarded with the SIRIM MS ISO:9001:2000 certification for
1) Development of Residential & Commercial Properties
2) Provision of Construction Services in Building and civil engineering Works Including Design & Build or Turnkey Project.
