PLB-KH Bina Sdn.Bhd obtained 76% Quality Assessment system in contruction (QLASSIC) score for the contruction of one Block 7 Storey Retirement Village(142 Units) for Penang Turf Club. The QLASSIC assessment was carried out on 10/11/2022 by CIDB in collaboration with Construction Research Institute Of Malaysia (CREAM)

PLB ECO SOLUTIONS SDN. BHD HAVE COLLABORATED WITH PENANG STATE GOVERNMENT AND MAJLIS PERBANDARAN SEBERANG PERAI IN THE COMPETITION OF COLLECTING RECYCLABLE MATERIAL FOR SCHOOLS IN PERAI AREA 2017

PLB Eco Solutions Sdn. Bhd. has sponsored a recycling competition program for Primary and Secondary Schools in Perai area. This competition has been held for one year, commencing from April 2016 to April 2017. For the winners of this competition, PLB Eco Solutions Sdn. Bhd. has awarded exercise equipment to schools that have collected the most recyclable material.

The recently announced rehabilitation and revivalof Majestic Heights abandoned project will not onlybenefit the long awaited 370 house buyers of phase2A but good news to 7,658 applicants who wish toown an affordable house within the North East district.

The Majestic Heights project is the largest abandonedhousing scheme in Penang declaring its status asabandoned project on 31 December 2003 and has causedhardship and financial loss to the house buyersover the last 11 years.

After a series of discussion with PLB Land SdnBhd, the white knight for the said project, thePenang State Government is looking at not only solvingthe woes of the long awaited buyers of the MajesticHeights abandoned project but to provide shelterto those who wish to own their first house in theNorth East district of Penang.
